Click & Collect

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is an easy way to collect your ordered goods and avoid a delivery fee, making it a cost-effective option. Customers can purchase online, or by phone, and choose to simply pick up their order from your preferred location.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive an order confirmation email, when this order is ready for pick up you will receive a text message from us notifying you it is ready for you.

Where do I go to collect my purchase?

Head to your nominated store and look for the Pick Up – Click & Collect signage. One of our team members will have your order ready to go.

Why is Click & Collect showing as 'unavailable'?

If the Click and Collect option is unavailable online, then the item is not readily stocked in store and cannot be purchased online for pick up. This will be due to the product being a special-order item. You can place the order online for the item to be delivered to your address, alternatively call our team for assistance.

How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?

Please collect your orders within 7 days. An SMS will be sent to you reminding you that your order is ready for collection. If your item/s are not collected within 28 days, your order will be cancelled and the purchase will be refunded back to the original payment method.

How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?

Yes, they can. They will need to have a copy of your order confirmation email and the details of your order: your full name and phone number, as well as their own ID ( ie drivers licence, passport or photo ID) If you paid for your order with PayPal, the nominated person will need to present your PayPal confirmation email that includes your transaction ID.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

You will need to present a copy of your Click & Collect confirmation email printed or on your device, along with ID ( ie drivers licence, passport or photo ID) matching the authorised person’s details as listed on the confirmation email.

Can I change my Click and Collect Order once I have placed it?

Once ordered online we cannot alter it. If you no longer want the items, or you need to change them on the order, your order will be cancelled and the value of the order will be refunded back to the original payment method.

What if an item on my Click & Collect order is out of stock?

Occasionally an item ordered for Click & Collect may be sold by the store before it can be put aside for collection. This can happen if, for instance, a customer in store has picked up and bought an item at the same time as you’ve ordered it online. If the item is not available from your preferred Click & Collect location, the store will contact you.

Bulk Deliveries

How will my bulk order get delivered?

We have an extensive range of commercial vehicles to deliver your order.

Can I have my order delivered in a big or bulka bag?

We can deliver bulk bags where there are facilities to accept the delivery with a forklift. There are additional costs associated with this type of delivery including crane truck hire fees. Contact customer service for a quote on 1300SOILWORX or info@soilworx.com.au.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver six days a week. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday with an open time of 9-5pm.

How much does a truck hold?

We have an extensive range of commercial vehicles to deliver your order. Some of our range includes:

  • 2 cubic meter capacity for small spaces
  • 10 cubic meters with 3 separate compartments
  • 15 cubic meters
How much can fit in the truck?

Depending on your order we have the full range of fleet to meet your order and requirement. We can deliver up to three bulk products on one truck.

When can I get my order?

Online deliveries are made Monday to Saturday with an open time of 9-5pm, orders are currently a 2 day turnaround and must to be placed by 3pm, orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday as no Sunday deliveries are available. All special-order product deliveries vary depending on the manufacture however are generally up to five working days. What if I have a special-order item in my order?

All special-order products require a longer delivery timeframe. They vary depending on the manufacture however are generally up to five working days. We will confirm the delivery timeframe with you once the order is placed. Contact customer service for further information on 1300SOILWORX or info@soilworx.com.au.

Can I have a sample of bulk goods?

Yes, we can send small samples of our bulk product range. Contact customer service for further information on 1300SOILWORX or info@soilworx.com.au.

Who can I contact if there are any issues with my order or delivery service?

We pride ourselves on our service however if there are any issues or concerns please email our dedicated customer service team on info@soilworx.com.au. Please contact our team with your order or delivery reference number to assist you. Our team will promptly respond to your enquiry and feedback.

What payment options do you offer?

We have many different options to suit our customers. We offer Zip Pay, Credit Card and Pay Pal payment options.

How long will the delivery take?

We pride ourselves on our delivery service. The majority of our orders are delivered by the next working day. The exception is special-order products. require a longer delivery timeframe. They vary depending on the manufacture however are generally up to five working days.

How can I track my order?

Once you have made an order, we will allocate your order to a delivery. You will receive tracking details on your phone for full transparency. We have the best delivery tracking service in the industry. Our service allows live real time tracking visibility, photos of the completed delivery as well as option to rate your delivery experience. All our deliveries are contactless.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

You do not need to be home to receive your delivery. You may leave instructions at the time of ordering to leave the order at your designated address. If no instructions are provided, we will safely deliver your order in the driveway.

Before you arrive with my delivery, how will I know if you can unload where I have asked?

We will contact you prior to delivery if there are nay issues with the delivery instructions provided. We will call you to confirm or alter delivery instructions.

My tracking doesn't look like its working?

The delivery service is a live real time tracking app. You may need to refresh your screen or the link. Contact customer service on 1300SOILWORX or info@soilworx.com.au if you continue experiencing issues.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver though out Victoria Melbourne, Greater Melbourne and Geelong. We can also send some items interstate such as giftware.

Can I pick up an order?

Yes you can organise a Click & collect through our website www.soilworx.com.au or contacting customer service on 1300SOILWORX or info@soilworx.com.au.

What is a bulk delivery?

A bulk delivery is loose soil, mulch or stones brought out to you in a truck. This is delivered loosely in a pile.

Can you deliver into our back yard?

If your driveway is wide enough and there is clearance we can. If there is access through a side fence, or part of the fence can be removed. Access is at the driver’s discretion on arrival to determine to ensure the ground is suitable and there are no overhead hazards.

Do you go through garages or carports?

We are unable to deliver through garages or carports as this can be a a health and safety hazard. Our trucks are very large big to clear this space.

Can you tip into my garage?

Our trucks are large and unable to deliver into a garage however we may be able to deliver in front of your garage. Access is at the driver’s discretion on arrival to determine to ensure the ground is suitable and there are no overhead hazards.

Can you deliver into my property?

Our drivers will deliver as far into the property as safely possible. Access is at the driver’s discretion on arrival to determine to ensure the ground is suitable and there are no overhead hazards. Alternatively, delivery will be left on your nature strip.

Can I put stones or toppings on my nature strip?

We recommend you contact your local council. Some local councils require a permit for any changes to the nature strip. Failure to gain permission can result in the council directing you to remove the rocks or toppings and replacing with grass or turf. Please always check with your local council what is permitted.

Can I pay on delivery?

We offer a contactless delivery service. Payment is required upfront. You can make payment online, with credit card, PayPal, Zip Pay. Alternatively, you can place orders over the phone with your credit card contacting customer service on 1300SOILWORX.

What is the smallest amount of product I can have delivered?

Currently our minimum delivery amount is 1 cubic metre for each bulk product.
