What I do at Soilworx?
My job at Soilworx is to oversee our customer service team, manage and provide training. I set reasonable customer satisfaction goals, interact with customers on a daily basis, respond to their questions and guide them to the appropriate service. I ensure our customers get what they want when they want it.
What do I enjoy the most at Soilworx?
The one thing I enjoy the most about Soilworx is going out of our way for our customers. We always ensure all customers are happy with our service and look to solve problems in an efficient and timely manner too.
What is my favourite product or service;
It is hard to say what my favourite product is because we offer our customers such a diverse range of Bulk materials that are specific to each project. We also provide a same day delivery service by using SubTrux which is a platform designed for contractors to accept jobs on a marketplace for customers.
What do I love to eat/cook or make? or what do I love to do on the weekend?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my friends, family and partner as well as playing soccer, videogames and going for road trips around Melbourne. I also love to cook a barbecue occasionally over the weekend and sometimes experiment with using a smoker.
