What I do at Soilworx?
As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, I am responsible for collaborating with other business unit leaders to establish standards by developing and implementing policies procedures that ensure compliance programs throughout the organisation are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting non compliance in line with applicable laws and regulations.

I would have to say the people I work with, and the scalable opportunity we have to benchmark and deliver industry excellence.
What is my favourite product or service;
I like the SubTrux technology piece and the efficiencies it brings to the organisation.
What do I love to eat/cook or make? or what do I love to do on the weekend?
My weekends always involve socialising with family friends, my favourite activities are yoga, meditation, gym, galleries, cafes, restaurants, wine & rooftop bars, visiting wineries and weekend getaways.
