The whisky barrels are coopered in Australia (very rare) and only around 80 are made each year by Yalumba, so they are a very rare item!

The wine barrels originally contained Yalumbas premium 'Octavius' Shiraz for 4-5 years, then were purchased by Starward Whisky in Melbourne to make their special release 'Octavius Whisky'.
